Order Processing

All items are 3D printed to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production time before dispatch. Larger or custom items may take longer during busy periods.

Shipping Times (Estimate Only)

• Australia: 3–10 business days

• International (if offered): 7–21 business days

Shipping times depend on postal services and location.

Tracking

Tracking is provided for most orders. Some small items may be shipped untracked to reduce cost unless upgraded at checkout.

Delayed / Lost Parcels

Once shipped, delivery is handled by the postal service. Lost or delayed packages are beyond our control, but we will assist where possible.

Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for parcels sent to the wrong address due to incorrect customer information.
